This is a hands-on, generalist opportunity for someone who wants to grow their HR career inside a fast-paced, AI-forward healthcare company. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the people function — owning the day-to-day work that keeps employees supported and the business moving. You’ll touch every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits to performance management, payroll, offboarding, and immigration. Along the way, you’ll partner with the HR Manager on strategic projects and help us continue building AI and automation into how HR operates, so the team can spend less time on administrative drag and more time on the human side of the work.
