ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys balancing people, process, and compliance. At Cloud9, this role sits at the center of the employee experience. You'll support recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, labor compliance, and health & safety processes while helping us build a strong foundation for growth. This is not a highly specialized HR role. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems independently, and helping a growing company operate smoothly. You'll partner closely with leadership, employees, external payroll providers, and recruiting teams to ensure that both people and processes scale effectively.
