Wiser Solutions is looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic, and positive HR Generalist to join our People team. This is a great opportunity for someone with approximately three years of HR experience who is eager to own core HR operations and a recruiting coordination role. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by keeping things moving—whether that’s shepherding a candidate through the interview process, ensuring smooth onboarding, or recognizing employees for milestones big and small. While our People and Culture team is located in the Bay area, this position can be fully remote in the United States. However, our preference is someone that is currently located in the Bay area. Essential Functions * Support the full recruiting lifecycle: open job requisitions, manage job postings, coordinate and track interview scheduling, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, draft offer letters, and route for e-signature. Initial candidate screens will be supported by senior HR staff until fully ramped. * Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions and rout to senior staff as needed. * Process incoming company mail daily, including routing and distribution. * Coordinate new hire onboarding in UKG (our HRIS), including I-9 verification and completion of new hire documentation. * Manage emplo
