Full Job Description
**Job Summary:** TD SYNNEX Czech s.r.o. is seeking HR Generalist to support our human resources operations. This role involves a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to HR administration and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. In this role you will be supporting the logistics center in Bor u Tachova and also cooperating with the colleagues in the wider East region. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage the full employee lifecycle * Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, in accordance with data protection regulations. * Assist in implementation of HR programs, such as performance management, training, and development initiatives. * Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and resolve HR-related issues effectively. * Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience. The projects and initiatives can be with international scope. * Cooperation with external services providers (canteen, agencies, etc.) * Support with recruitment of Warehouse operatives * Organizing events for employees (children day, Xmas party, BBQ days, etc.) Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role. * Strong understanding of Czech labor law and HR best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. * Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced enviro
