S. and Canada, Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management processes, organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities independently, Excellent judgment, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Nice to Have
Ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment, Familiarity with EOR platforms and supporting international employees and contractors, supported a fully remote workforce, experience in SaaS or eCommerce environments

Support and scale Rebuy’s People Ops function

Support day-to-day HR operations
Support employee experience initiatives
Support core People programs
Own and support onboarding and offboarding processes
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions
Coordinate and administer performance review cycles
Administer engagement initiatives
Administer feedback programs
Support employee lifecycle processes
Execute People programs and initiatives
Support compensation and benefits administration
Support benchmarking projects
Assist with employee relations matters
Assist with documentation
Assist with policy interpretation
Maintain and communicate people policies
Manage and maintain HR systems
Identify opportunities to improve workflows
Improve documentation
Improve employee self-service resources
Support compliance with employment laws
Assist with payroll coordination
Assist with benefits administration
Assist with reporting
