This role enables the HR Generalist to provide essential support across various HR functions collaborating closely with HRBP, Ops & TA teams. The role is designed to add "**administrative bandwidth** " to support the HRBP in sharing the tasks such as data analysis (e.g., back-to-office, attrition), employee engagement (e.g., structured coffee chats, surveys etc), employee events, employee records maintenance, and HR administration. Looking for someone who is proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment. Person should be able to take direction and manage tasks independently with limited guidance.
