Must Have

Bachelor's degree, Minimum 3 years of recruitment (Direct Sourcing), 3 years of experience in handling employee relations and performance issues, Basic knowledge of Japan labor law, Business level of English (speaking, reading and writing), Native Japanese or Business level of Japanese + Native Chinese, Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, Must be willing to be in flexible working locations (required to be at Sheraton Sales Gallery in Chiba 2 times a week), Ability to manage multiple tasks, Ability prioritizes tasks, Excellent organizational and attention to details, Liaise with HR and other departments

Perform HR Generalist duties

Be a Business Partner for Sheraton Sales Gallery

Handle employee relations

Handle performance issues

Organize and conduct onboarding orientation

Maintain and update HR KPIs

Responsible for HRIS transactions

Maintain and update employment's personal file

Provide translation services

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with HR Manager; Work with HR Manager setting recruiting strategies; Liaise with HR and other departments
