What You'll Do.

Support compliance to Magna Standards such as MMSA

MAFACT and MQS systems

Support compliance to IATF

ISO 14001 and TISAX systems.

Assist with internal Human Resources audits (MAFACT

Complies and upholds the expectations of internal standards

and legislative requirements.

Conduct in accordance with the Magna Charter

Magna Operating Principles and Corporate Ethics guidelines.

Promotes and ensures adherence to Company

Legislative and Magna Safety practices

Assist with improvement initiatives related to Key Operating Indicators assigned by GM.

environmental and sustainability objectives.

Participate in the continuous improvement and cost reduction activities using problem solving methods.

Participate in company meetings and key events as required.

Responsible for ensuring adherence to daily 5S activities and improvements.

Work with other departments towards overall plant goals.

Provides daily support to employees while fostering positive employee relations

Leads and supports a variety of HR projects

updates ensuring completion and effective implementation

Manages all hourly WSIB claims

including work accommodation and correspondence

Manages time and attendance for weeklyiweekly pay through Dayforce system

Manage the yearly hourly performance feedback cycle

Maintain accurate HR records

and documentation while supporting continuous improvement in HR processes

Assist with employee events

Provide support to benefits/payroll

training & development and recruitment activities

Perform other duties as required
