Process employment and pay change information
Coordinate job evaluations
Approve salary changes
Administer job posting system
Assist with internal employee transfers
Maintain accuracy of job titles
Assist with administering personnel/payroll database
Maintain and distribute employee information
Assist with workers' compensation cases
Assist with physically restricted employees
Plan and coordinate employee events
Maintain communication boards
Handle employee relations issues
Recruit and hire new employees
Perform primary production staffing functions
Recruit for jobs at assigned location(s)
Assist supervisors in job selections
Coordinate and approve job postings
Evaluate and maintain job descriptions
Coordinate job evaluations
Maintain job evaluation records
Initiate and obtain approval for salary changes
Coordinate personnel placement through layoffs
Assign temporary jobs
Coordinate unemployment benefits administration
Approve unemployment benefit applications
Approve supplemental unemployment benefit applications
Represent Magna Donnelly during unemployment hearings
Identify and recommend solutions for work related problems

Provides guidance, counsel, and problem-solving support to supervisors, teams, and individuals. Manages personnel placement function. Assumes responsibility for employee recruitment, hiring, and staffing for plant and office positions. Processes a variety of complex information including, but not limited to, employment, pay change, etc. Composes job postings, coordinates job evaluations, and approves salary changes for employees.
