What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support
Manage employee databases
Maintain accurate HR records
Serve as first point of contact for HR
Perform initial triage of issues
Provide advisory services on absence
Provide advisory services on accommodations
Provide advisory services on health issues
Provide advisory services on conduct
Provide advisory services on organizational change
Maintain clear communication channels
Maintain documentation for HR matters
Provide pre-boarding preparation
Provide onboarding support
Provide positive employee experience
Process HR documentation
Assist in new-hire orientation preparation
Assist with researching company policies
Assist with researching training programs
Assist with researching HR programs
Perform I9 verification
Perform I9 re-verification
Provide onsite onboarding support
Answer HR Helpdesk employee inquiries
Maintain service-focused attitude
Maintain user-oriented attitude
Continuous improvement toward Operational Excellence
Perform other duties as assigned
