The position interprets policies and partners with HR leaders, managers, and occasionally employees to identify root causes of HR-related issues. The role also reports to the Sr. HRBP at our Tennessee factory and assists in executing compensation, benefits, talent management, and succession planning initiatives within the assigned client group. Responsibilities may include conducting research for employee relations matters and leading select HR projects as needed.
