Must Have
solid working knowledge of Czech labour law, practical HR administration, successfully run recruitment processes from initial brief through signed offer, highly organised, able to manage multiple parallel priorities, comfortable working independently, making decisions without heavy structure, genuinely care about people, balance empathy with sound judgement, communicate confidently in both Czech and English, based in Prague, open to come to our office on regular basis
Nice to Have
Experience in start-up environment, Experience building or improving HR processes from scratch, Familiarity with ATS or modern HR tooling, Experience with employer branding, internal communications, culture-building initiatives, Understanding of compliance-driven training requirements in regulated businesses
What You'll Do.
Run end-to-end recruitment
Partner with hiring managers
Build and improve onboarding experience
Manage off-boarding processes
Handle HR administration and documentation
Coordinate HR inputs with external partners
Ensure compliance with Czech labour law
Own and improve HR templates
Coordinate mandatory training programs
Support managers with feedback
Act as go-to person for employee matters
Partner with leadership on engagement
