Must Have

5+ years of experience in Labor Relations, Experience in manufacturing / plant environments, people-oriented approach and conflict resolution skills, Experience working with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience with regulations / certifications (ISO) is a plus, Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)

Manage labor relations (80% of the role)

Handle and follow up on employee relations and conflict resolution

Apply disciplinary actions and manage employee incidents

Interact with union representatives and employees

Maintain a presence on the shop floor (close to operations)

Ensure a positive work environment and provide support to different areas
