Your responsibilities will include the following: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offer management, and contract preparation. Coordinate and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from preparation through follow-up. Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including contract amendments, leave-related topics, and offboarding processes. Maintain and manage digital personnel records and ensure accurate HR documentation. Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, addendums, termination agreements, and separation documentation. Contribute to the coordination and documentation of occupational health and safety initiatives. Continuously improve HR processes and support the development of practical, scalable people solutions.
