Must Have
2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar people-focused role, Solid working knowledge of core HR disciplines—employee relations, benefits, payroll and employment law, Proficiency with HRIS platforms (preferably Rippling) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization, High ownership mindset, Scrappy and resourceful, Discreet and professional when handling sensitive or confidential information
Nice to Have
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent, Experience supporting a multi-state or distributed workforce, Familiarity with HRIS systems, Rippling, Startup or high-growth company experience, Experience with leave administration and reasonable accommodation processes

This role goes beyond traditional HR administration—you’ll be a trusted partner to employees and managers across the organization, supporting everything from hiring and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
