Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Min 3 years of related HR experience, Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS, Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal

Nice to Have

Previous project management skills preferred, HRIS preferably Workday, HRIS preferably Kronos, PHR certification preferred

What You'll Do.

Demonstrate Amcor Safety Culture

Partner with HR Shared Services

Resolve employee inquiries and issues

Support business process improvement

Participate in improvement teams

Promote health and wellness initiatives

Provide administrative support for Performance Management

Provide coaching for Performance Management

Process HRIS/payroll transactions

Provide standard HRIS reports

Provide adhoc reports

Provide data analytics

Drive employee engagement

Administer engagement surveys

Support action planning

Perform talent acquisition duties

Perform onboarding duties

Perform recruitment duties

Perform selection duties

Conduct new hire orientation

Support employee development programs

Coordinate employee development activities

Execute HR Roadmap items

Develop repeatable processes

Execute HR work streams

Implement HR process improvements

Execute annual objectives

Implement new measures
