Key Responsibilities Onboarding & induction coordination Employee documentation & HR records management HRMS updates and employee lifecycle management Attendance, leave, and exit formalities Employee query resolution and stakeholder coordination HR reporting, compliance support, and ad-hoc HR activities Requirements 2–4 years of HR Operations / HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills Corporate HR experience preferred
