What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Relevant professional experience organizing and managing events with up to 500 attendees, Fluency in English, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, writing skills, The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, An analytical and structured mindset, with a willingness to create, manage, and maintain documentation, as well as control internal procedures

Nice to Have

Relevant vocational training or experience in event management, tourism, hotel management, communication, marketing, office management, HR, or a related field, Experience working in an IT company, An understanding of the local event landscape, knowledge of Serbian

What You'll Do.

Plan and organize global and local employee events

Manage event communication and coordination from planning through execution

Conduct post-event evaluations

including cost analysis and feedback collection

Manage event budgets and invoicing

Collaborate with partners and external service providers

Support the organization of other office events

Help organize team events

Contribute to the People Events team’s activities

Maintain and update internal documentation

Explore and adopt new event platforms and tools

Handle additional relevant duties as needed
