Must Have

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related, HR Manager or Senior HR Officer role experience, Greek employment and social insurance legislation knowledge, ERGANI, digital work card administration, payroll oversight, employment contract management experience, ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related field experience, ESG frameworks, standards, and EU regulatory requirements knowledge, ESG strategies and reporting frameworks development and implementation experience, Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, Good command of English (written and spoken), Greek fluency essential

Nice to Have

Postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or HR Management, Familiarity with teleworking, flexible working arrangements, project-based contracts, Experience in multi-country HR operations, Engaging with investors, regulators, or institutional clients on ESG matters track record

What You'll Do.

Lead and manage employment matters

Advise and support management on employment issues

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Oversee payroll supervision and compliance

and review employment contracts

Liaise with external legal

Develop and implement HR policies

Develop and implement internal work regulations

Develop and deliver training programs

Support performance management processes

Contribute to company culture development

Lead ESG strategy development and execution

Coordinate ESG initiatives across departments

Support sustainability principles integration

Prepare and manage ESG-related disclosures

Prepare and manage ESG reports

Prepare and manage ESG communications

Create and publish annual ESG Impact Report

Maintain up-to-date ESG content

Monitor ESG performance indicators

Track progress against ESG targets

Ensure compliance with ESG regulations

Engage with stakeholders on ESG matters

Represent company at ESG forums

Support bid and proposal teams

Build partnerships with external organisations
