Must Have

Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, Interest in HR, internal communications, engagement, and organizational culture, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Ability to structure complex content into clear key messages, Good understanding of integrated communication, Understanding stakeholders’ needs, Understanding optimal channels for where/how to reach them, High proficiency in MS Office, Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling, slide design), Proficiency in Word, Affinity for digital communication channels and social media, Affinity for LinkedIn, Proactive, reliable, and well-organized working style, Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel, Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization

Nice to Have

Experience with collaboration platforms (e.g., CoLab, SharePoint), Excellent written and spoken additional languages are an advantage

What You'll Do.

Support HR Senior Management in preparing HR communications

Summarize and translate HR strategies into communication formats

Prepare and maintain HR content for internal platforms

Support external-facing HR communications

Promote HR initiatives

and engagement activities

Support creation of presentations

and materials for HR campaigns

and ensure quality of HR communication materials

Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization; Work closely with HR and Corporate Communications; Align with Group Internal Communications; Align with Brand & Design team

Communication Scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Ability to structure complex content into clear key messages; Good understanding of integrated communication; Understanding stakeholders’ needs; Understanding optimal channels for where/how to reach them
