Full Job Description
**Contract type:** Internship Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. About the role: Acting in support of the HR Manager of EMEA Region, the HR EMEA Region - Intern will contribute to core HR administrative and organisational processes, supporting monitoring, reporting, and operational activities while developing a comprehensive understanding of regional HR dynamics. **What you will do** : The internship offers the opportunity to gain exposure to core HR administrative and organisational processes at regional level, including: * Collecting and reviewing job descriptions across the Region, supporting the definition of standardised formats; * Updating and maintaining organisational data in WorkDay using the HR Report of each country; * Updating organisational in Microsoft Visio; * Supporting the preparation of HR budget files by collecting and consolidating data from local teams; * Support the Bracco Perfomance process into EMEA Region collecting and analysing data; * Tracking participation in training initiatives; * Supporting onboarding activities for Italy (e.g. preparation of welcome materials, communication to new joiners). **Who we are looking for:** * Degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field (a Master’s in HR Management is a plus); * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; * Proficiency in English and in Italian; * Interest in HR processes and strong attention to detail; * Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple activities; * Proactive mindset and team-oriented approach in an international environment. **What we offer:** * Exposure to a dynamic, international HR environment within a complex regional structure; * Involvement in core HR administration and reporting processes at EMEA
