Consults with clients on technology solutions for HR business processes
Develop and execute technology roadmap
Manage and maintain technology roadmap
Perform root cause analysis and remediation
Monitor process effectiveness
Identify process improvement opportunities
Develop change management tools and resources
Consult with data consumers on data impacts

Works closely with client groups; Collaboration with process owners; Works with Communications and Learning teams
