Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Serve as a strategic HR business partner to Marketing leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and engagement. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Drive workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development in partnership with senior HR and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring needs and design proactive talent strategies for evolving business priorities. Act as a change agent by supporting transformation, improving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of belonging and wellbeing. Ensure compliance with employment policies and labor laws while resolving complex employee relations issues and promoting fair, consistent practices. Establish feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement loops to strengthen trust, communication, and HR service delivery. Requirements: This role requires a seasoned HR leader with strong generalist expertise and experience operating in complex, matrixed, and global environments. Candidates should bring at least 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility and exposure to talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience supporting marketing, creative, or brand-driven teams is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (advanced HR certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are a plus) 8+ years of HR experience with demonstrated leadership in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles Proven experience leading or mentoring HR teams in a matrixed or decentralized organization Strong expertise across core HR areas including talent management, compensation, employee relations, learning & development, and
