**Job Title:** HR Director **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) A strategic and detail-oriented HR Director is sought to oversee human resources operations in a fast-paced remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, payroll coordination, employee administration, recruitment support, compliance initiatives, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working with HR systems and payroll processes. ### Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily HR operations and administrative processes * Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation * Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance documentation * Support recruitment coordination, hiring processes, and candidate communication * Oversee payroll coordination and HR reporting activities * Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations * Coordinate communication between employees, leadership, and operational teams * Manage HR systems, employee data, and reporting processes * Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives * Assist leadership with HR strategy, operational improvements, and workforce planning **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred * Previous experience in Human Resources leadership, HR administration, payroll, or HR operations preferred * HR and payroll experience required * Experience using EMR/EHR systems required * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office required * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter required * Experience using payroll systems required * Rippling experience preferred * PEO experience preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to wo
