Sitting at the intersection of Human Resources and business leadership, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in shaping employee experience, developing talent, and driving business success at Hasbro. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HRBP, this role designs and delivers HR solutions that enable performance, support transformation, and foster a high-performing culture. As Hasbro's technology function evolves, this HRBP will also act as a thought partner to leaders-helping evolve how we build, develop, and organize tech talent while navigating the people implications of rapid technological change. What You'll Do: You will partner with senior leaders across Technology and AI Studio to design and implement talent strategies that are directly aligned with business priorities and multi-year transformation goals. Drive people initiatives across the full talent lifecycle - including acquisition, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness - ensuring they connect to measurable business outcomes. Lead AI workforce transformation efforts by assessing skill gaps, building reskilling and upskilling strategies, evolving org design for AI-native teams, and guiding leaders through the people implications of rapid technological change and role
