Key responsibilities: * Build and develop the HR department. * Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention. * Develop service culture and employee engagement. * Implement internal rules, HR policies and labour discipline. * Develop motivation, KPI and performance review systems. * Support department heads in people management. * Oversee HR administration in line with local labour legislation. ## Qualifications Candidate requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or Senior HR Manager. * Experience in a large company with at least 100 employees. * Hospitality, restaurant or service industry experience is preferred. * Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, motivation, performance management and labour discipline. * Knowledge of labour legislation and HR administration. * Fluent Russian. * English: Intermediate or higher. * Citizenship of Uzbekistan or CIS countries. * Strong leadership, communication
