What You'll Do.

Ensure the economic steering of the HR function

Provide actionable insights for the CHRO and Executive Committee

Co-construct the annual HR budget

Perform monthly gap analysis between budget and actuals

Model short and medium-term salary projections

Design and maintain automated reporting on KPIs

Lead the production of the Social Report

and Gender Equality Index

Develop predictive models and workforce planning scenarios

Audit and standardize HR data across European systems

Implement Lean Management principles to automate manual reporting

and AI tools applied to HR analytics and financial planning

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as a key interface between HR, Finance, and IT; Act as the primary HR contact for Finance during due diligences and board-level budget presentations

Your mission will be to structure, formalize, and leverage HR data as a strategic decision-making lever in order to ensure the economic steering of the HR function and provide actionable insights for the CHRO and Executive Committee (CODIR).
