Full Job Description

MBDA is accelerating the structure and deployment of HR data & AI initiatives to support business transformation and strategic workforce decisions. Operating in an on-premise, heavily governed IT environment across four countries (France, UK, Germany, Italy), the HR Data & AI Office drives initiatives where data security, employee privacy, and social dialogue are as critical as delivery speed. **Salary** : Circa £ _60,000 - £72,000_ depending on experience **Dynamic (hybrid) working** : 1 day per week on-site **Security Clearance** : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
