This role is responsible for analyzing workforce data, producing recurring and ad hoc reports, and identifying trends related to staffing, productivity, and workforce operations. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business partners, this role helps translate workforce data into clear, accurate insights that support operational planning and day‑to‑day workforce decisions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytically curious, and comfortable working with data in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
