Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related discipline, Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in compensation & benefits, payroll analytics, HR analytics, or related HR data-focused roles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis tools, Experience using HRIS and payroll systems, Good understanding of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation structures, and payroll administration, numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally, communication and reporting skills, Understanding of Nigerian labour laws, PAYE taxation, pensions, and statutory deductions, organisational and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Professional certification, such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a relevant analytics certification, is an added advantage, Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst – Compensation & Rewards to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing payroll and workforce data, supporting compensation planning, conducting salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises, and assisting in the development and administration of salary structures and reward frameworks. This role is ideal for a data-driven HR professional who possesses strong analytical capabilities, excellent Excel proficiency, and a sound understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
