Full Job Description
As an HR Country Partner, you bring emotional stability, a positive mindset, and strong professional energy to your work. You support a broad range of HR activities and act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them achieve their business goals. With a continuous‑improvement mindset and strong attention to detail, you take ownership of data accuracy, compliance, and the effective execution of HR processes. You contribute to short‑ and mid‑term country HR strategies (1–3 years) and help shape operational direction through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You anticipate client needs and deliver efficient, pragmatic solutions. ## **You will:** * **Partner with the business** on local HR topics and projects, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local requirements. * **Support key HR processes** including regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and retention, recruitment, performance management, leave management, work restrictions, HR audits, and other HR operations. * **Assist in evaluating and implementing HR programs** and policies, ensuring proper communication and adherence to approval processes. * **Participate in contract administration** when required. * **Execute HR programs and policies** in line with Company and CoE guidelines, providing feedback and updates on local legal changes. * **Handle escalated issues** from CoEs and Shared Services. * **Support HR self‑service processes** and ensure data accuracy, including organizational structures and system security. * **Focus on compensation topics** such as complex reporting, HR data analysis and consolidation, and support for large‑scale compensation cycles (e.g., annual bonuses). **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 6–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong knowledge of local employment law and HR programs
