What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in a similar HR role, Good understanding of core UK HR processes, the employee lifecycle, and employment basics, Confident user of HR systems and Microsoft Office 365

Nice to Have

CIPD Level 3 (studying or qualified), Experience with Workable or a similar ATS

What You'll Do.

First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries

Managing the HR inbox

Preparing and issuing employment contracts

probation confirmation letters

and other HR correspondence

Coordinating right-to-work checks

and pre-employment screening

Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data

Collating and submitting monthly payroll changes

Supporting benefits administration

Providing support with recruitment activity

Coordinating pre‑employment checks

right‑to‑work and references

Owning the logistics of onboarding

Coordinating probation reviews and HR check-ins

Administering the Learning Management System (LMS)

Supporting the coordination of training activity

Producing standard HR reports

Maintaining document libraries

policy version control

Actively looking for ways to streamline and improve HR processes
