What You'll Do.

About The Role: This role will work closely with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to create and deliver an outstanding experience for every candidate while also supporting key HR coordination efforts to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through onboarding. ## Responsibilities Deliver a world-class candidate experience from initial scheduling through start date. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless integration with candidate and interviewer schedules. Handle candidate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and coordination on the ground. Serve as the onsite host, overseeing day-of logistics such as check-ins, room setup, and candidate orientation. Welcome and provide onsite tours to candidates. Collaborate proactively with recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling, candidate needs, debrief coordination, and follow-ups. Partner closely with the People/HR team to coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding logistics, including new hire communications, background check tracking, document collection, and Day 1 readiness. Support onboarding execution by ensuring new hires are scheduled for orientation sessions, have the appropriate stakeholders looped in, and are set up for a smooth first week experience.
