Full Job Description
**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Own the hourly recruiting process end-to-end, including phone screens, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding support. * Coordinate and schedule key employee events such as orientations, benefits enrollment, and exit processes. * Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive, energetic workplace culture. * Maintain accurate employee records by scanning, organizing, and updating documentation in HR systems. * Enter and update employee data in HRIS/ADP systems with strong attention to detail. * Act as a go-to resource for employees by handling onboarding check-ins and general HR questions. * Support recognition programs and workplace experience (badges, verifications, celebrations, milestones). # Qualifications: * 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or HR support experience (we’ll teach you the HR side). * Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred — or equivalent experience. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail, especially with data entry and recordkeeping. * Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable style. * Customer-service mindset with the ability to work with a diverse workforce. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and quickly learn new systems (Microsoft Office required; HR systems a plus). Starting at $27.00 per hour. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
