This role provides day-to-day HR operational and administrative support, ensuring accurate employee data, consistent process execution, and a high-quality employee experience across regions. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HR lifecycle activities and maintaining strong data integrity, working closely with the HR Operations Lead, Payroll & Benefits Specialist and Global Payroll Manager. The role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. **Key Responsibilities** **HR Administration & Data Management** * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files * Manage HR inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely manner * Administer changes in employee data (contracts, salary, personal data, job changes) * Track and maintain records of absences, holidays, and other employee data * Ensure data consistency across systems and documentation * Support payroll processing by ensuring data qualit
