Associate's degree or completion of program of 18+ months after high school, Superb written and verbal communication skills, Organizational and administrative aptitude, Excellent grasp of all MS Office suite particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, Multi-tasking and prioritizing with ability to shift gears unexpectedly, Knowledge of basic HR concepts and employment laws

Bachelor's degree, HR Certification, Workday experience
What You'll Do.
Provide detailed support to Prescott campus and HR team
Perform routine follow-up activities
Gather and analyze data from surveys and exit interviews
Track event attendance/success
Participate in morale-building activities
Keep projects moving forward and on-time
Complete research projects and make recommendations
Assist with training and development events
Coordinate completion and maintenance of position descriptions
Contribute to reputation and success of HR team

Work effectively and professionally with all levels of the institution; Adapt to changing priorities based on needs of Executive Director, HR Partner, and Student Employment Specialist
