Must Have
Associate's degree or completion of program of 18+ months after high school, Superb written and verbal communication skills, organizational and administrative aptitude, Excellent grasp of all MS Office suite particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, Multi-tasking and prioritizing with ability to shift gears unexpectedly, Knowledge of basic HR concepts and employment laws
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, HR Certification, Workday experience
What You'll Do.
Provide detailed support to Prescott campus and HR team
Perform routine follow-up activities
Gather and analyze data from surveys
Gather and analyze data from exit interviews
Track event attendance/success
Participate in morale-building activities
Keep projects moving forward and on-time
Complete research projects
Make recommendations based on findings
Assist with training and development events
Coordinate completion of position descriptions
Maintain position descriptions

Work effectively and professionally with all levels of the institution; Adapt to changing priorities based on needs of Executive Director, HR Partner, and Student Employment Specialist
