What You'll Do.

Provide administrative support to VP of HR

Coordinate HR-related meetings

Coordinate HR communications

Serve as first point of contact for Team

Provide guidance on HR policies

Provide guidance on HR procedures

Provide guidance on HR lifecycle processes

Maintain personnel records

Maintain personnel files

Maintain organizational charts

Submit IT tickets for Team Member changes

Support onboarding process

Prepare orientation materials

Prepare on-site communications

Prepare onboarding documentation

Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions

Support Team Leaders in navigating HR processes

Participate in administration of HR programs

Participate in communication of HR programs

Maintain HR resources

Maintain HR templates

Maintain HR documentation

Develop HR documentation

Analyze basic HR data
