What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist or Operations experience, Proficiency in Workday (or similar HRIS) is required, Fluent in Korean and Business English
Nice to Have
preferably in a multinational environment, Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus, Familiarity with HR vendors or outsourcing partners is preferred, Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for APAC employees
Prepare and audit employment contracts
and visa-sponsored documents
Act as the primary point of contact for Workday HR tickets
Manage monthly payroll inputs
Administer group insurance and retirement pension enrollments and withdrawals
Process HR-related invoices
Prepare mandatory statutory reports
Manage annual leave reconciliation
Support the planning and execution of Social Impact programs
the Annual Holiday Party
and quarterly business milestone celebrations
Facilitate Labor-Management Council (LMC) activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborate closely with a diverse group of internal partners; Global HR Operations Team: Alignment on global standards and Workday data integrity; Payroll & Finance: Coordination of monthly payroll inputs and vendor invoice processing; Office Management: Partnership on local employee engagement and office-based initiatives; Talent Acquisition Team: Support for seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
Communication Scope
Fluent in Korean; Business English; Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
