Join our dynamic team today and _find a rewarding career with a company that values you and all you bring to the table._ **About Your Role:** The **HR Compliance Specialist** The HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for leading the day-to-day administration of employee relations matters and compliance with company, state and federal employment matters. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide support assessing and making recommendations pertaining to workplace accommodations administrative related matters, including ADA, Worker’s Compensation and Religious accommodations. * Work with Business Partners to ensure compliance standards are adhered to regarding employment processes, data management, and applicable employment reporting requirements. * Assists in the company’s defense of EEOC charges, employee lawsuits, unemployment hearings, including gathering files, reports and required details. * Oversee and complete pre-employment adjudication processes following company, state, and federal employment laws. * Investigate Department of Labor Wage and Hour claims, analyze data from various internal systems, represent the company at DOL Hearings, negotiate settlements as needed, and objectively debrief Business Partners and leadership on investigation findings * Investigate and respond to Attorney General Requests and vendor concerns. * Assist in the MVR review process. * Partner with Payroll to support associate concerns for escalated issues. * Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation * Partner in analysis and revision of associate programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment **Your Required Skills and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS / BFA) or equivalent * 1+ years of related experience * Ability to apply logi
