Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Research, interpret, and translate employment laws and regulatory requirements into actionable HR policies and procedures. Provide expert guidance on HR compliance matters, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and international labor regulations. Lead HR policy development, updates, and governance processes, including the design of internal controls to mitigate compliance risk. Maintain and monitor compliance documentation, risk registers, and control effectiveness through regular audits and reviews. Support HR compliance reporting requirements including EEO-1, AAP, VETS-4212, and other statutory filings. Partner with Legal, HRIS, and external counsel to support audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries. Assist in compliance training initiatives focused on workplace conduct, labor law, and organizational policies. Identify and support process improvement initiatives that enhance HR operational efficiency and compliance maturity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, labor relations, or multi-jurisdictional HR operations. Strong knowledge of employment laws including EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, NLRA, and DOL regulations. Experience supporting federal and state compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, VETS-4212). Familiarity with union environments and associated labor compliance considerations is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage complex regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
