What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant, Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must, Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
Nice to Have
first successful and relevant job experience, interest in HR and Change, interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
