This role manages complex HR matters with a high degree of autonomy and serves as an escalation point for Regional and Associate HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across multiple locations. ### ## This is a fixed‑term assignment of approximately 15 months, covering a leave of absence. **Responsibilities** ### HR Consultation & Regional Leadership \- Provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees on complex or high-risk HR matters. \- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and employment standards across the region. \- Act as an escalation point for complex issues managed by Regional and Associate HR Business Partners. ### ### Employee Relations \- Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and case resolution with sound judgment and compliance focus. \- Coach managers on performance management, conduct issues, and resolution pathways. \- Partner with Legal and HR leadership on sensitive employee matters as required. ### ### Talent, Workforce & Performance Management \- Lead execution of regional workforce and succession planning activities. \- Guide and facilitate performance management processes across the region. \- Partner with
