HRM or Business Economics degree, HR Business Partner/HR Advisor experience in professional services, Experience in large (complex/matrix) organizations, Experience with attrition, absenteeism, and employment law issues, Strong relationship management skills, Independent opinion, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow implementation experience
