The HRBP provides expert guidance on HR policies, talent recruitment talent development, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. * Advise on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. * Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes. * Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. * Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve processes. * Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. * Collaborate with HRSSC+HRTA team **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role. * Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
