This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to align workforce and business strategies while e meeting the needs of the organization. A key focus of this position is supporting the County’s compensation and classification programs while working as a team to provide consulting services with all levels of the county’s organizational structure This position works on a team to perform market benchmarking and analysis for individual positions and job series, assist in maintaining pay and job data, providing data-driven recommendations to support pay decisions and organizational effectiveness while meeting the unique operational needs across the organization. Responsibilities include editing and refining classification descriptions, responding to third-party compensation surveys and data requests, provide guidance on best practices, support program enhancements and process improvement initiatives while ensuring the integrity of compensation data and best practices. ** _SCHEDULE :_ ** This position has a flexible, hybrid schedule to be negotiated with supervisor based on developing needs. ** _COMPENSATION : _ ** Hiring Range: $81,000 - $85,000 USD Annual Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills. **** **_BENEFITS :_ ** Jefferson Count
