Full Job Description
What is the job? We’re scaling fast, doing things differently, and we’re looking for a HR Business Partner who thrives on the creativity, variety, and occasional chaos that comes with startup life. This is a hands-on, people-first role where you’ll partner closely with our rapidly growing Patient Experience function, supporting managers and teams through a period of significant growth and transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, building management capability, and helping teams perform at their best in a fast-paced operational environment. From employee relations and performance support to coaching managers and driving people initiatives, you’ll be right at the heart of the action and a trusted partner to the business. This role works closely with our UK-based teams and stakeholders, operating onsite with our South African partner, Minpearl, whilst working in alignment with UK business hours. What will you be doing? - Partner closely with Team Leads and Managers across the Patient Experience team to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance - Act as a trusted advisor on people matters including performance management, wellbeing, absence, conduct and employee relations - Support the full employee lifecycle from induction and probation through to progression and offboarding - Coach and support managers to lead confidently, effectively and in line with company culture and values - Work closely with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all new starters - Support and lead on employee relations matters including investigations, performance concerns, welfare discussions and probation reviews - Collaborate with the Head of People & Talent on key people initiatives, process improvements and wider People projects - Help embed and improve key people processes such as engagement surveys, performance check-ins, recognition initiatives and manager development - Use data, trends and employee feedback to
