Must Have

Well-rounded HR experience, Experience in multinational companies, Experience in global, matrixed organization, Ability to support and manage HR needs for a workforce of 500+ employees, Background in HR operations, Background in business partnering, Background in handling employee relations, Experience in leading or contributing to Local Workers Council initiatives, Dutch language skills on a high professional level, English language skills on a high professional level, Data acumen, Focus on details

What You'll Do.

Provide HR support to leaders and employees

Streamline and align HR operations

Implement HR strategies and systems

Advise managers on compensation

Contribute to corporate projects and process improvements

Execute strategies to attract

Partner with management and Talent Acquisition

Support business goals through talent development

Ensure fair application of HR policies

Guide managers on policy

Support and enhance employee recognition programs

Review and approve job descriptions

Administer and improve benefits programs

Explain and implement benefit plans

Coordinate with external consultants

Serve as primary liaison with Local Workers Council

Facilitate dialogue on workplace issues

Ensure alignment with local labor laws
