What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, at least 1 year as HR BP, knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws, Solid knowledge of German employment law / works constitution, Experience with negotiation with works council, Fluency in German & Business English is a must
Nice to Have
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders, track record of analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to prioritize effectively in a complex matrix organized environment
What You'll Do.
Partner with leaders of dedicated business divisions to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them
Lead talent management initiatives
including succession planning
performance management
and employee development
Provide expert advice on employee relations issues
ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
Drive organizational development efforts
including change management
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with Ecolab’s values
Drives unified approach in implementing global
local initiatives at more than one legal entity
Lobby & foster and push for a unified approach to consultation process with all workers councils involved
Harmonize regulations accross the legal entities where economically useful
Leads on complex codetermination initiatives & requests (e.g. negotiating collective benefits
