What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments, Solid experience in compensation, salary reviews, and performance management processes, Proven ability to coach and challenge managers, with a clear point of view on what good looks like in people management, business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility, Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and ownership, Agile, flexible, and able to execute with a hands-on mindset in a high-growth, evolving environment, Fluency in English and Turkish, Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona

Nice to Have

Spanish is a plus, Experience working in international or multi-location teams is a plus

What You'll Do.

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders

with a focus on elevating management practices

driving compensation excellence

and shaping people strategy

Play a key role in building scalable

high-quality HR foundations

Strengthen performance and salary review processes

Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure consistent

data-driven execution across the employee lifecycle

Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into clear people priorities

with a focus on manager effectiveness

Support coordination across locations

Align vertical HR practices with HQ guidelines

Contribute to and shape the HQ agenda by extracting best practices from the vertical

Build and embed best practices for managers: performance conversations

raising the overall quality of leadership across the organisation

Own and continuously improve performance and salary review cycles

and calibration across teams

Drive and evolve compensation & benefits practices: benchmarking

and decision-making guidelines

Act as a coach and thought partner to managers

supporting them in complex situations

developing their leadership capabilities

and holding a high bar for people management

Lead complex employee relations topics with a balanced

and compliant approach

Collaborate closely with HR Operations to ensure policies

and data are scalable

Use data and insights to challenge decisions

and propose actionable improvements across people initiatives

Proactively identify organisational needs and drive initiatives that improve effectiveness

and long-term scalability

Help shape people practices that work effectively across our Barcelona and Istanbul teams

Work directly with the Education Vertical CEO and business leaders; Staying closely connected with our Istanbul office and teams to ensure alignment across locations; Work closely with Codeway's HQ HR Team; Collaborate closely with HR Operations
